Abstract:
In article collective and individual (personal) responsibility for human rights violations in the conditions of armed conflict in the international criminal law is considered. Now, there is a need of ensuring establishment of collective and individual (personal) responsibility for the serious violations contradicting norms of legal community. As a result of the carried-out analysis of the international regulation of armed conflicts and the Russian legislation the author made the offer on more detailed differentiation of a collective and individual responsibility with application of norms of the international criminal law.
