Abstract:

Crime of minors as one of important problems of modern society continues to remain in the center of attention of the legislator and law enforcement officials. Their involvement in commission of illegal acts contributes to the development of crime of minors. In article signs of this corpus delicti which knowledge and understanding is necessary for carrying out effective policy of counteraction of crime of minors are analyzed.
