Abstract:

The article considers problems of legal regulation of public Prosecutor on supervision of execution of laws on minors. There are proposals to improve the norms of the Federal law of 17.01.1992 № 2202-1 "On the procuracy of the Russian Federation" in the definition of the subject of supervision of execution of laws on minors, the limits of oversight, powers of attorney, acts of prosecutorial response, the organization of supervision in this area of prosecutorial activity. Scientists analyzed the opinions and orders of the General Prosecutor of the Russian Federation at definition of the specified conceptual apparatus.
