Abstract:
In article it is considered features of legal regulation of activity of such federal body as Investigative committee of the Russian Federation, connected with adoption of the Federal law of December 28, 2010 No. 403-FZ "About Investigative committee of the Russian Federation". The special attention is paid to the analysis of tasks, powers, duties, and also structures of Investigative committee of the Russian Federation.
