Abstract:

The article discusses the main issues concerning the powers of the defense during the preliminary investigation of the case of rape. Are views powers counsel at this stage of the investigation: participation in specific investigative actions, familiarization with the case, appeal the actions and decisions of the investigator. In the published article identified possible areas of improvement norms Code of Criminal Procedure governing the powers of the defense during the preliminary investigation of the case of rape.
