Abstract:
The decisive role in ensuring the rule of law and order in the country, despite the shortcomings in the socio-economic development of society and the state, corruption, high crime rates in the country, gaps and conflicts in legislation, management, played and played the identity of an employee of the internal affairs bodies. The personal qualities of ATS officers become a factor of national security, which predetermines an urgent need from the first days of service, training to create a cultural environment that maximally stimulates the development of their intellect, will, diligence, responsibility, moral and aesthetic qualities. That is why the country's leadership, the RF Minister of the Interior, as the priority directions of work, calls the cardinal improvement of work with cadres. No results can be improved without improving the quality, the level of professionalism, the dedication of personnel in the service. That is why in the management activities of the bodies of internal affairs, a special place has always been occupied by educational work with personnel.
