Abstract:
The factors that hinder the development of intellectual capital in Russia, is the poor quality of the economic and legal environment, the accumulation of deformation mechanisms, inefficient system of state regulation of innovative activity, etc. In the article the author discusses the features of the learning activities of the company in which it is advisable to not only develop skills on a personal and collective level, but also stimulate the development of staff learning abilities.
