Abstract:
The problems of coordination and interaction of courts and legal enforcement authorities Kazakhstan are being considered in this article; an author considered different theoretical conceptions on these problems of Russian and Kazakhstan scientists. Provisions of legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan are also being analyzed.
