Abstract:
In the article study of the new draft administrative code of the Russian Federation in the sphere of pre-trial administrative-legal disputes. A comparative analysis with the current administrative legislation. Examines the relevance of the introduction of the procedure of consideration of cases about administrative offenses bodies and officials in the new draft administrative code.
