Abstract:
The article reveals the cross-cultural approach to conducting international business in the context of globalization, the concept of tolerance is considered from the standpoint of organizational behavior and management models of the interaction of different cultures. On the basis of this approach highlights the challenges of managing such common nowadays integration formations as international strategic alliances, foreign-invested enterprises, transformed as a result of cross-border mergers and acquisitions. The authors emphasize the idea that a long time economic sphere of life was described only economic concepts. But the time came when it was not enough for a successful foreign trade activities of Russian enterprises, the activities of their managers (leaders) in the process of its implementation. This moment meant mainstreaming of institutional kulturostroeniya, education, tolerance, and other concepts that reveal the content of an institutional phenomenon as «economic psychology». That is why in the special emphasis on market relations and trust management thinking leaders of business enterprises seeking international cooperation, based on this kind of thinking and form recommendations for tolerance education. Specifically, we are talking about morality and their manifestation in business communication, relationship business partners in achieving their business success , entrepreneurial income (profit) .According to the authors for the successful implementation of foreign economic activity in different cultures is necessary to consider a number of features defined tolerance problem. First of all, we must distinguish between the imperatives that is specific for learning a foreign partner. Also important is the need to develop stestvennost in business communication and, accordingly, organizational kulturostroenii.
