Abstract:
The authors of the article considers the approaches to the development of investment project management system for the creation, renovation and modernization of Russian space industry ground infrastructure. The basic areas of research is shown that should be undertaken for the development of mechanisms to increase the capacity of the construction industry and the efficiency of capital investments in the medium term.
