Abstract:
The article discusses the evolution of Russian issues of regional legislation on public-private partnership. Also the paper analyzes the provisions of the Draft Federal Law N238827-6 "On the basis of public-private partnerships in the Russian Federation." This bill is aimed at legislative strengthening of public-private partnership, the removal of restrictions arised in the implementation of major infrastructure projects.
