Abstract:
The article describes the features of the legal impact primarily investigated by the term «functions of law». Examines the various theoretical approaches that exist on this issue. The main practical issue is to study the possibility of providing information function Penal Law. The features of the content of the term. Discusses specific elements of the studied concepts.
