Abstract:
This article has emerged in response to the contemporary demand of the state, society and business for increase of public administration efficiency. The main purpose is sustainable social and economic development of the country, a growth in prosperity of citizens and their safety, ensuring stable development of society, decrease in strong differentiation. This article carries out at the first time the comprehensive analysis of federal executive bodies in the Russian Federation functioning since the beginning of administrative reform from March, 2004 to June, 2016. The article reveales the main shortcomings and problems in federal executive bodies functioning and decrease in public administration in general. The article proposes main measures and principles for increase the efficiency of public administration system.
