Abstract:
This article presents the stages of formation of Professor T. F. Minyazeva, as a scientist and head of the scientific school, with about 20 disciples, including in the far abroad countries. Attention is drawn to the scope of her scientific interests contribution to the development problems of realization of criminal liability on the basis of principle of individualization.
