LEGAL REGULATION OF THE ORDER TO ENSURE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE DECISIONS OF THE CONSTITUTIONAL (CHARTER) OF JUSTICE OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

Background. The scientific article is devoted to the legal regulation of the order to ensure implementation of the decisions of the constitutional (charter) of Justice of the Russian Federation, as well as the improvement of the legislation in this area. The author presents his vision of the place of constitutional (charter) courts in the system of state power of subjects of the Russian Federation. The article emphasizes the importance of the constitutional (authorized) vessels of subjects of the Russian Federation and a special legal validity of their decisions, indicated the lack of an effective mechanism for enforcement of decisions of the constitutional (charter) Justice and analyzed the possibility of improving the mechanism of implementation of the decisions of the constitutional (authorized) vessels of subjects of the Russian Federation. Meterials and methods. In the process of writing a research paper were used the following scientific methods: the method of scientific analysis (analysis of theoretical sources), the method of synthesis, system-structural method, the generalization of the obtained materials for the study of the subject, as well as comparative legal and formal - legal methods. Using a combination of these methods helped to identify the main problems in the topic and to propose specific ways to address them. Results. The author notes that the mechanism for implementation of the decisions of the constitutional and statutory courts of subjects of the Russian Federation and the prosecution for failure of these solutions are currently in the federal and regional legislation worked incomplete and needs to be improved and clarified. Conclusions. In the research, the author comes to the conclusion that the expansion of cooperation of constitutional control in the regions and prosecutors to enhance the effectiveness of the mechanism of execution of decisions of constitutional (charter) courts of subjects of the Russian Federation. This article presents concrete proposals aimed at ensuring the enforcement of decisions of the constitutional (charter) of Justice of the Russian Federation. Acknowledgments.
