Abstract:

This article provides an overview of the legal framework of economic partnerships in the Russian Federation. The paper discusses the differences between partnerships of limited liability companies, joint stock companies and investment partnerships. An attempt was made to identify the exceptional traits of economic partnerships as a specific subject of commercial law. Revealed the contradictions of legislation that require further improvement of the regulatory framework of economic partnerships in Russia.
