Abstract:
In the article the problems of understanding legal policy as a legal category. The aim of this paper is to identify the specific characteristics of the legal policy as a legal category, relate and compare it with other elements of the system of legal knowledge. Legal policy is discussed in the article from the point of view of general philosophical methods of scientific knowledge, the dialectical relationship of legal events, formal-legal methods of scientific knowledge. The author pays special attention to the issue of add-on submissions on legal policy as a legal category of findings that cross-border legal policy criteria are not limited sphere of public administration, by contrast, significantly expanding and productive individual perception and its associations as actors in the political and legal processes that convert and organize legal life events legal validity.
