Abstract:

The article analyses the existing legal concept of terrorism and argues the need to change it. In addition, the author highlights the importance of creating a new concept of terrorism that reflects the current social, political and information level of the society. Based on the analysis, the author defines the main distinctive features of terrorism that should be reflected in the new concept.
