Abstract:
The article analyses the changes in the criminal law that have taken place over the past four years. Examines the reasons for the changes in the composition of the fraud and tightening of sanctions for crimes related to the illicit trafficking of drugs, psychotropic substances and their precursors. Separately considered short stories concerning the legislative definition of "treason" and the emergence of new "illegally obtaining State secrets."
