Abstract:
Migration processes are an integral part of world politics. Today, migration issues have been resolved in the State Migration Policy Concept until 2025. The author analyzes the results of actions called the Concept in the aspect of achieving its goals and directions of migration policy in the Russian Federation. However, illegal migration is very significant, as confirmed by sociological surveys, inspections of migration service bodies, ongoing coverage of the media, testify to the fact that the labor potential of migrants is used very inefficiently, and carries significant risks. The difference of illegal migration in Russia under a visa-free entry into its territory of the workers, as compared to other foreign countries is their illegal employment, especially in the informal sector of the economy. This article deals with the problems of illegal migration and the implementation of solutions.
