Forensic characterization of extremist crimes

The task of the work is to analyze forensic characterization of extremist crimes and the levels of their constituent elements, as well as to justify the use of constituent elements as the main carrier of forensically important information. The model of the investigation contains general and specific research methods, including historical, legal, systemic and other methods. Systematic analysis of the studied phenomena and the results, the method of empirical sociological research are also included into the investigation. The research is based on the scientific works in the field of criminology, public statistics, and analysis of the data on the status of the investigation of these crimes. The article provides an analysis of forensic characteristics of extremist crimes, the knowledge of which is necessary to determine the circumstances of the list to be established. This article also presents extension-based investigative leads and the identification of the main lines of inquiry in order to ensure the most rapid and complete disclosure and investigation of crimes in this category. Research is devoted to analysis of the elements of forensic characteristics of extremist crimes. With the help of the results, the direction of rotation detection and investigation of these crimes will be accurately determined. The premises and the conclusions of the study may strengthen the attention to the identified issues, the effectiveness of the disclosure and investigation of extremist crimes. This scientific paper, containing discussion questions, is designed for police officers, whose activities are related to the disclosure and investigation of the crimes.
