Abstract:
To date, there is no specific and clear concepts of the subject of legal liability, for consideration you must apply to the Institute of theory and history of state and law. The question of the subjects of legal responsibility in the 21st century is indeed relevant, because it is applicable to all legal relations in the public life of citizens. The article attempts to define the concept of the subject composition of legal responsibility, their classification and individual characteristics.
