Abstract:
The criminal policy, according to the author, is based on modeling, forecasting during the determining of the real purposes and also hierarchy in the organization of subjects of criminal policy that is an indispensable condition of optimization of their activity at all levels of the public and municipal administration, to contribute to the development of integration processes and will allow to harmonize the public relations.
