Control over the implementation of the requirements set out in the warning of the prosecutor

The article is devoted to the monitoring of compliance with the requirements set out in warning the public prosecutor. The author paid attention to the fact that the monitoring of compliance with the requirements set out in the warning should apply not only to cases where the officer or other person considered a warning of the prosecutor, refused to commit upcoming offense, but in the case of a person regardless of the direction or announced a warning, commits a violation of the law. Presented article is based on a detailed analysis of the forms of control over the implementation of the requirements set out in warning the public prosecutor, which are the outward expression of the implementation of control activities in the framework of the prosecutor supervised entities check execution warnings prosecutor.
