Abstract:
The task - considering the subject concepts of the appropriation of the official person's authority. The reason for writing the work was the need for clear regulation of signs of structure of the investigated crime for to most effectively combat it. The presented paper is devoted to a detailed study of the subject of the appropriation of the official person's authority, explaining the concepts used in the dispositions st. 288 Criminal Code RF necessary for the subject of the crime. The originality of the work is defined as it is the first independent study that conducted criminal - legal analysis of the subject of the crime - appropriation of the official person's authority. This article focuses on the faculty of law schools, postgraduate students, job seekers and students interested in the issues of this crime.
