Abstract:
Present article is dedicated to the issues arising in relation to the structure and form of bank guarantees according to the legislation on contract system. The relevant and additional requirements to the content of a guarantee are formulated. The article concerns to the analysis of judicial and law enforcement practice. The main thrust is put on the application of the Federal law “About contract system in the sphere of purchases of goods, works, services for ensuring the state and municipal needs”.
