Abstract:
The term "terrorism" is the most dangerous phenomenon of the modern civilized society, to which the attention of the world community is focused. The fight against this phenomenon of modernity is carried out everywhere in different parts of the world, with both direct physical and political impact of any terrorist manifestations, and scientists around the world are looking for a universal panacea for this disease. When investigating terrorism, experts do not agree on its essence and in the definition of its concept. In the present study, the author attempted to conduct a certain chain of evolution in the concept of terrorism and to reveal the modern transformed understanding of terrorism.
