Abstract:

In the article actual problems of counteraction of extremist and terrorist organizations in the global information space, which today involves a wide range of private and public interests. The author noted that the extremists use the global network, including the maintenance of online recruitment using a specially developed Internet technologies, the impact of which is primarily directed at minors, with a view to their recruitment into extremist and radical groups. The author provides examples of measures taken by public authorities and civil society in the fight against religious extremism.
