Abstract:
The task. The article is devoted to the activities and organization of work of provincial orphan courts in Russia in the XVIII century on the example of Vladimir province and its counties. The author made an attempt to explore the social role of the courts in this period. This work extends the knowledge on the topics has been in development for scientists. The first attempts to examine the role of judicial institutions at the level of prinzie in the social policy of the state. The aim is is vsestoronne Izuchenie activities orphan courts on the case of Vladimir region and its districts. Model and methods. When writing scientific works were used General scientific principles. Promenais retrospective, problem-chronological, historical and comparative methods of cognition and theoretical developments of scientists-historians. The scope of research / the possibility of subsequent use of results of scientific work. Historical experience allows to apply the accumulated knowledge and oueslati continuity, both in the field of legislative regulation of the judicial work of orphan courts , and in the practice of application of the results of this deyatelnosti. The practical significance of the work is the fact that the research materials can be used in the study courses of "History of state and law of Russia", "Russian Family law, Social law, social security Law". riginality / value. The work represents a complex study of historical and legal aspects of development and establishment of orphan courts and their judicial activities in the Vladimir province.
