Abstract:
The proper foreign language educational process management is impossible to realize without appropriately organized control system concerning the course of formation and development of communicative skills by law students. As a result both a teacher and a student have an opportunity for paying attention to the arising problems in communicative skills and accordingly correct his/her foreign language skills. Although the control system doesn’t promote knowledge and skills it gives the necessary information for analysis and corresponding changes in the arrangement of teaching process. In our article we consider teaching and educational functions of control. Presenting the component of teaching process they are classified in accordance with the role they realize in the activities of a teacher and his/her students.
