Legal issues of security at the facilities air transport

Abstract:

This paper discusses some features of the legal security of air transport facilities, as well as suggestions for improving the activity. The author proposes to introduce the concept of "air transport industry", justifies the feasibility of introducing such a term. The analysis of legal norms in the field of air transport safety, given the proposed directions improving the legislation in this area, and specific suggestions for improvement. Proposals presented in the article will open the possibility of increasing the level of cooperation and coordination of all organs and structures, including the internal affairs agencies involved in the safety of air transport.
