Abstract:
Objectives: The aim of writing this article was the need, which arose in the study of the existing current criminal law the concept of "objective imputation", namely its content. Knowledge of modern content is made possible by the historical and theoretical research. The article focuses on the evolution of the interpretation of the principle of objective imputation in the Russian criminal law. Methods: Using a historical and comparative methods has allowed to analyze the regulations in force in Russia in different periods of development of the state. The analysis of the concept - an objective imputation. Conclusions: The article presents a new research perspective traditionally used the concept of "objective imputation." Are set forth in particular the interpretation of the law principle objective imputation in the various regulations in force in the different time periods in the development of the Russian state. Meaning: Provision of scientific research in the article, can be used in teaching in higher education courses of Theory of State and Law, Criminal Law, History of State and Law of Russia, they are interesting for the persons carrying out legislative activity. The provisions of Article allow to create quality modern criminal law.
