Socially dangerous consequences of drug aggression: current issues warning

Task - to analyze the current state of crime in the drug trafficking sphere, identify problems in the implementation of measures to prevent it Model - Methodological basis is the scientific works in the field of criminal procedure, criminal and constitutional law, criminalistics, theory of the operative-investigative activity, the theory of state and law. In preparation of this article was applied to public and private research methods, including the historical-legal, systemic, legal, and other systems analysis of the studied phenomena and results used method of concrete sociological research and the analysis of results of activity of law-enforcement bodies. Conclusions - countering the drug threat effectively only through the establishment of appropriate sociocultural environment, aimed at the development of personality, healthy lifestyle, complex of training programmes for drug abuse prevention. Research/the possibility of subsequent use of results of scientific work Research is devoted to the analysis of the performance of law enforcement agencies in the fight against drug trafficking, counter-narcotics drug / results can be used when composing and implementation of anti-drug programs, anti-drug commissions work. Practical value - provisions of and conclusions of in the study may contribute to a stronger focus on the issues identified, the effectiveness of anti-drug activities. Originality/value - prepared scientific article contains debatable questions and addressed to all those interested in topical problems of the prevention of socially dangerous consequences of drug aggression in the shaping and implementation of drug policy on the territory of the Russian Federation, and the entire state.
