Abstract:
The article explains the genesis of the possibility of space law in corruption-factors. Imperfection of the law concerning the regulation of the prosecutor's investigation of law enforcement is considered as a factor adversely affecting the optimization of prosecutorial supervision over the enforcement of the law. Gives suggestions for improving the law.
