Abstract:
The article is devoted to the needs of human life. "Need" the author proposed the concept of the phenomenon. The interrelation needs to be safe with the formation of world view, the source of human activity, safe behavior. The measures whose implementation would "hold" the danger is under control. Thus, to have a qualitatively new level of protection against them.
