The purpose and tasks of criminalistic diagnostics of crimes in economy sphere

In the given clause the task of the justification of possibility of use of substantive provisions of the theory of criminalistic diagnostics for development of methodological bases of detection and disclosing on the basis of the economic information of some crimes in economy sphere was put. For the task in view decision, by comparison of the list of circumstances subject to proof on criminal cases, maintenances of carriers of the economic information, first of all, registration documents, and proceeding from knowledge of laws of reflexion in this information of signs of criminal activity, have been specified tasks of criminalistic diagnostics of crimes in economy sphere. Research area - criminalistics. As a result of research are formulated the purpose and tasks of criminalistic diagnostics on the basis of the economic information of crimes in economy sphere. Research is executed within the limits of the private criminalistic theory - theories of criminalistic diagnostics. Results of research are the necessary intermediate stage for adaptation of substantive provisions of this theory with reference to tasks of detection and disclosing of crimes in economy sphere. Results of scientific research are necessary for development of private techniques of criminalistic diagnostics of crimes in sphere of economy on the basis of use of the economic information. The results of scientific work presented in the clause, are original and earlier, other researchers working over the given problem, were not published. These results are useful to research assistants and the post-graduate students who are engaged in research of problems of criminalistics.
