Abstract:
The real article is devoted to the definition of forensic characteristics of criminal activities and clarifying its relationship with the subject of Forensic Science. The authors proceed from the fact that the concept of forensic characteristics should be formulated with taking into account the nature and purpose of the information that is stored in this information model. In their opinion forensic characterization should include a description of the information system related to the reflection characteristics of the mechanism of these elements in their respective media, not a description of elements. In the same context, we examine the relationship with the subject of forensic characteristics of criminology, as well as the criminal and legal characteristic of the crime.
