The Content and Significance of Some Basic Elements of the Forensic Characteristics of the Threat of Murder or Infliction of Grievous Bodily Harm

Abstract: Within the framework of the article, the content and significance for the investigation of the main elements of the forensic characteristics of the threat of murder or grievous bodily harm are revealed. A reasonable conclusion is made that knowledge of the characteristics of the investigated composition allows the person conducting the investigation to correctly assess the current investigative situation in the case, put forward the most likely versions of what happened, and also competently plan, objectively and comprehensively investigate criminal cases of crimes under Art. 119 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
