Abstract:

Studying of features of investigation of contract murders at the present stage of development of society is extremely important that is caused by specifics of such crimes which as practice shows, are solved rather seldom. Today and there were unsolved D. Holodov, V. Listyev, A. Politkovskaya's murders, etc. In this regard the system research of features of investigation of contract murders is represented very relevant.
