Abstract:
The main aspects of the management process of foreign direct investments` inflow in innovation sphere in the aspect of the national innovation system`s development are considered in this article. The strategic advices are given. The tactical mechanisms are proposed to improve the management process of attraction of high-teach foreign direct investments. The theoretic-methodological bases of the study were the works of Russian and foreign research scientists: North, D. C., Andersson T. and Rud N.Yu. The research allowed identifying major problems of foreign direct investments` inflow in innovation sphere and determining the necessary conditions for a solution of these problems.
