Abstract:
Importance amid increasing antimonopoly legislation pressure in the Russian economy the applicability of antimonopoly regulations analysis increases. Objectives to analyze the impact of existing measures of antimonopoly legislation on the competition development in the electricity sector. Methods In this case the following methods was used: empirical, causal method of scientific abstraction. Results. The article analyzes the antimonopoly authority measures of antimonopoly legislation and assessment of their implications for the development of competitive relations in the market of electric energy and power. Conclusions and Relevance the measures applied by antimonopoly legislation hinder the development of competitive relations in the market of electric energy and power
