Abstract:

The article is dedicated to solving the problem to improve existing approaches to corporate management and innovative development of high-tech companies, taking into account global trends. Competencies are considered as the main factor of competitiveness. In particular, author studies the competence of JSC «Russian space systems» in the field of providing remote sensing services. The scheme of implementation of competitiveness management strategy is developed. It is necessary for breakthrough into the world market.
