Abstract:
Over the past decade, TNC actively expand, they are the main players of the world and local markets. This is explained by their high competitiveness. To successfully deal with them it is important to understand why some are more successful than other. The author considers such factors as the structure of the selected companies, active use of outsourcing, the geographical distribution, active innovation strategies, the ethical culture, usage of alliances and mergers and acquisitions, usage of electronic systems.
