Abstract:

In article approaches to state regulation of power industry of the Russian Federation are investigated. Authors offer model of an innovative component of process of structural modernization. As methods of improvement actions for the directions are offered: creation of system of innovative development of energy companies taking into account the present stage of development of economy; improvement of methodology of forecasting of innovative development of energy companies; creation of legislative advantages on an innovative forward sustainable development of energy companies; development of the system of the state protectionism and regulation of processes of transition of power industry on an innovative way of development and increase of competitiveness of the country.
