Abstract:

The peculiarities and problems of management of structural units of the university in the new conditions are being analyzed. The fundamentals of the author's methodology of management of structural units of the university displayed, which in their turn provide educational services to the extent of their participation in the educational process. The novelty of the procedure lies in its content of specific characteristics, flexibility, as well as that in the calculations are not used any subjective measures.
