Abstract:
The purpose of writing this research work is to analyze the characteristics and problems of creation and functioning of large innovative business structures in Russia, and in particular technoparks. Information sources served as legal documents, analytical materials, scientific articles of domestic and foreign authors. The results of the study are the findings about the role of technoparks in the development of domestic innovative entrepreneurship and suggestions to increase the efficiency of their operations. This work could be useful to research workers, workers with higher education, post-graduate students, students, and representatives of the authorities and the business community
