Abstract:
This paper addresses the issue of clarifying the definitions of terms characterizing the processes of mergers and acquisitions. Submitted for review and analysis, especially the interpretation of these terms domestic and foreign scholars. Identified the need to derive the essence of the author's vision of the processes expressed in the definitions to the most accurate reflection of the processes inherent in the nature and characteristics. On the basis of comparative analysis of the author is invited to consider the possibility of introducing derived formulations in the overall methodological framework of research.
