Abstract:
The purpose of writing this article - to consider the theoretical foundations of legal consolidation of regulatory authorities on the model of the French Republic reglamentarizma. Tasks of work - to reveal the content of the model reglamentarizma France, its legal consolidation, the functioning of the institution. Methodology: Comparative method to determine the basic characteristics of the concept of «Regulatory authority». Conclusions: An analysis of Russian and foreign sources leads to the conclusion that the major issues raised in the article is relevant to the current stage of development. Research legal structure model reglamentarizma France as a model legal consolidation will highlight the subject of the concept of «Regulatory authority». Practical: It seems possible to the theoretical understanding of a number of issues related to the practice of political and legal regulation of the regional policy of modern France, the political scenario of the transformation of the French model in terms of Russian federalism. Social consequences: Upholding the concept of «Regulatory authority», it will determine the correct interpretation of the nature and extent of regulatory intervention of the state in various spheres of public life, law-making powers to correlate the legislative and executive bodies. Originality, value: The novelty of the research is to extract meaningful beginning and the interpretation of «Regulatory authority» in order to further his legislative consolidation. The work is intended for anyone interested in comparative politics, comparative law, constitutional law of foreign countries, international and Russian political process.
