Abstract:
Cultural heritage of Russia is the strategic recourse to be used effectively in the process of global competition of states. Archeological heritage is the one of the most important part of heritage at all and its objects have certain specific. In nowadays this heritage is in danger due to some criminal threats and the present article speaks about these threats, about crimes against archeological heritage, its object and subject features and peculiarities of qualification.
